No discount for libraries.

Pending orders are considered active for 3 months.

New customers are asked to prepay their first two orders. Credit for subsequent orders can be obtained by contacting us at the e-mail address above.

Payments must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice.

All orders are shipped by Canada Post unless the customer requests otherwise. Shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Returns Policy

Books in saleable condition can be returned after 90 days and up to one year from the date of invoice. A credit will then be issued. There will be no reimbursement. Credits may be applied to new orders for up to one year after their issue. Pathfinder Books is unable to issue credit for damaged books.

In the event of damaged returns customers will be advised that they have 15 working days to indicate if they wish to have these books returned.

Unclaimed books will be destroyed.
