PATHFINDER PRESS BOOTH ATTRACTS HUNDREDS AT LONDON BOOK FAIR

London UK  Pathfinder Press volunteers from five countries staffed an attractive Pathfinder booth at the London Book Fair April 5–7. Over 15,000 bookstore buyers, publishers, authors, translators, and others involved in the book industry attended, from more than 100 countries to display their latest books, arrange for translation, printing, distribution, and order books.

The Pathfinder booth drew interest from visitors from Europe, Africa, and the UK, along with others from China, Turkey, India, and the UAE. Pathfinder, like many exhibitors at the book fair, featured a special display on books relating to the war in Ukraine. Top-selling titles included The Jewish Question: A Marxist Interpretation and books by Thomas Sankara.  Titles on struggles for women’s rights and Black history also caught the eye of bookstore owners. Many took information to learn more about Pathfinder Press.

“Thank you for showing me another way of looking at the world", said one visitor to the booth, concerned about inequality in the world as he looked at Are They Rich Because They’re Smart? and discussed the need to change the class power structure. A publisher from Verona, Italy wants to work with Pathfinder on an Italian edition of this book.
