Carlos Rafael Rodríguez (1913–1997) was a veteran leader of the Popular Socialist Party (Communist Party) of Cuba. After the victory of the revolution in January 1959, Rodríguez helped lead the PSP to join forces with the July 26 Movement of Fidel Castro and the student-based Revolutionary Directorate to create the organization that became, in 1965, the Communist Party of Cuba.
Rodríguez served as a member of the party's Political Bureau, a vice president of the Council of State, and director of the National Institute of Agrarian Reform. He is author of "Che's Contribution to the Cuban Economy" in New International no. 8 (1991).
