Question: Do you ship to customers outside the United States? 

Answer: Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. Our site will calculate shipping for packages up to a certain weight for each country. If your package is over the maximum weight, you may receive a message saying we cannot ship it. If that occurs, please contact us at orders@pathfinderpress.com and we will give you shipping options using negotiated rates from our shippers. 

Some international orders are shipped through distributors we work with in London, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Our distributors will contact you to let you know when your books have shipped and provide tracking information. 

Question: I can’t log into my account. What should I do? 

Answer: Click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. 

Question: I had an account on your old site and am unable to log in to your new site using my previous credentials.

Answer: If you had an account on our old site, email us at orders@pathfinderpress.com. We’ll send you an account activation link.

Question: I found a typo or other content error on your site. To whom can I report it?

Answer: We appreciate your feedback. Please email the issue to webmaster@pathfinderpress.com and we will look into it.
