Question: Do you ship to customers outside the United States?
Answer: Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. Our site will calculate shipping for packages up to a certain weight for each country. If your package is over the maximum weight, you may receive a message saying we cannot ship it. If that occurs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you shipping options using negotiated rates from our shippers.
Some international orders are shipped through distributors we work with in London, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Our distributors will contact you to let you know when your books have shipped and provide tracking information.
Question: I can’t log into my account. What should I do?
Answer: Click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page to reset your password.
Question: I had an account on your old site and am unable to log in to your new site using my previous credentials.
Answer: If you had an account on our old site, email us at email@example.com. We’ll send you an account activation link.
Question: I am a member of the Pathfinder Readers Club but I am not seeing my discount price when I add items to the shopping cart.
Answer: Pathfinder Readers Club members must log in before adding books to their shopping cart in order to receive the discounted price.
Question: I found a typo or other content error on your site. To whom can I report it?
Answer: We appreciate your feedback. Please email the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it.
